Session 93 - Beta Team
The questioning of the captured shadowvar is long and tedious by recent standards, but Jill eventually gets the outcome desired.
On re-entry to Tilverton, (how many times is that now?) Divine Fortune are intercepted by the Beta team of Shadowvar mercs. Somehow they are more difficult to pass, their tactics of invisible hit and run devastating. Peccable wakes up with dirt on his face again.
While one shade is taken down, the others disappear for longer than previously, and DF continue warily towards the 'Tower of Wits and Work' where there is apparently some sort of shadow force cage.
