Session 92 - Plane Ejection
Shortly, the party are advanced on by an obelisk of utter blackness which oozes towards them. Dwertern bravely takes the forward line, only to disappear not quite entirely into the black ooze.
After quickly dispatching what was left, the party does some quick magical scouting, followed by a full retreat from the plane of shadow to look for him. Their last hope is that he was banished from the plane back to the home plane, and after some running around in circles, they find him.
Divine Fortune head back into the plane, and are set upon by a group of shades, possibly those they briefly encountered previously. The fighting was bitter and tricky. The shades started with some mirror image effect was almost worked to scare the party off, but after persisting quickly found the danger was less than hopeless. The shades used another trick by turning invisible to trick the party into thinking they had fled, when in fact they just set out a nasty surprise for Peccable, who went down yet again.
It was the shades last attack as they were quickly cut down and the survivors carried back to the PM plane, and teleported to Suzail for questioning.
